Good to know
Before booking, here is the essential information for your rooftop tent rental.
Minimum rental period
3 days / 2 nights minimum. Setup possible Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
Deposit
CHF 500.– refunded within 72 hours after return in good condition.
Payment
Full payment required at least 1 week before rental date.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before.
Important rules
No smoking in the tent. No pets allowed. Beware of covered parking!
Late return & cleaning
Late: CHF 20.-/h then CHF 80.-/day. Cleaning if returned dirty: CHF 60.-.

Who are we? The LocFactory story
A team passionate about mountain sports, serving families from Fribourg and all outdoor enthusiasts.
Our story
It all started at a HC Gottéron game
The idea of LocFactory was born in the stands of Saint-Léonard ice rink in Fribourg, during an HC Gottéron game. Two enthusiasts, Sébastien Kury and Jérémie Grand, decided to join forces to take over the winter sports rental activity in Le Bry and continue serving Fribourg families.
After Crazyprices closed at end 2022, the need was huge in the region. That is how Outdoor & Sports Factory SA was born on June 19th 2023, followed by the official opening of our LocFactory shop in October 2023.
Now fully owned by Sébastien Kury since October 2024, we keep growing with a team of winter and summer sports experts to offer you the best gear and advice in the heart of canton Fribourg.

A team passionate about the mountains
Sébastien Kury
Co-founder · Management
Sébastien runs LocFactory and his team daily. A winter sports and outdoor adventure enthusiast, he handles customer advice, rental and gear sales. Full owner of the company since October 2024, he carries with his team the LocFactory vision: offering the best gear and service to Fribourg families.

Jérémie Grand
Co-founder · Accounting
Jérémie is the other brain behind the LocFactory adventure. He handles all the accounting and administrative management, allowing Sébastien and his team to focus on operations and customer satisfaction.

Return & Refund
Online shop items
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items without giving a reason.
Conditions:
- Items in perfect condition, unused, in original packaging with tags
- Return shipping at customer's expense
- Refund within 14 days after receipt and inspection

Non-refundable items
- Personalized products (on-site bootfitting)
- Used, damaged or items returned without original packaging
- Services (ski workshop, waxing, rental already started)

Rooftop tent rental
Cancellation terms for tent rentals:
- Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the rental date
- Refundable deposit of CHF 500.– within 72h after return in good condition
